I’ve a site where I can login to the MT router all my equipment at the site is connected to the UPS which is connected to the MT router via a serial connection.
I can see from this site http://us1.networkupstools.org/protocols/apcsmart.html
that if I could send @nnn (whenre n is tenth of a hour) I could ask the UPS to power cylcle the whole lot.
Maybe this should be a feature request?
Thanks

Look at: / special-login
I had one user setup to be able to login via ssh and talk to different types of equipment over the serial port.

This is an interesting feature which sadly seems to be documentation free!
Can the serial port be assigned to a special-login user while it is in use by the UPS feature?

No, i overlooked that. However, had you had a second serial port, it would have worked.
