I need to know how to give access only to gmail from the router and block others. Even browsing should not take place.

Enable IP==>web Proxy
in ==> Access
add two allow rules mail.google.com and accounts.google.com allow
then deny all other.
also create IP DNAT rules to make it transparent proxy
