Hi All,
how guests can access slow speed internet without login and by only accepting our login page and authenticated users should provide username and password to get the full access with good speed internet. i want all this on same login page .. if a person do not have login credentials they should select guest mode and get slow speed without entering username and password if user have credential they should login and get a high speed .. Please help.
