How to hide the mikrotik device from winbox reading

hi every one …if you connect any mikrotik device with your pc , you will can see that mikrotik set by using winbox …ok
now …the question is / can i hide that mikrotik set ( its mac and ip ) that no one can see that mikrotik set unless me ??

In Winbox, Open IP → Neighbors
Select the Discovery Interfaces tab.
Disable all interfaces.
