How to instal router 950 G with v6.8

I got a mikrotik routerboard 950G and i downloaded netinstall v6.8 but i cannot install the routerOS into my computer. Can anybody help me out?

Why do you want to use netinstall? The router is not booting?

Also use only the latest Netinstall and RouterOS from:
http://www.mikrotik.com/download
