how to install NIC Isa on mikrotii

need your kind assist on installing 3Com 3c508 Isa on mikrotik ?
is it possible ?

already take a look the manual, but there was no driver for 3C508-isa only 3C509-isa.

driver > add name=3c508-isa io=0x280
error : Unknown value of name

need your further assist

I can add 3C509 but under interface > I can not enable it

Error:Setting flag failed

any other idea?
