i am newbie, i have 2 running Mikrotik servers in 2 areas…
seperately they are working fine…
now i want to join …
can i directly join via switch or should i use any different way..???
ISP1…users are 192.168.2.0 to 50
ISP2…users are 192.168.2.51 to 100

can you please clarify what do you mean by join? do you want to load balance between both connections???

i joined 2 networks directly with Switch to switch then nothing worked…and then i added both member on both Servers …still not worked and then i turned off any 1 server than works but 4MB for both networks (half speed)… i dont know why? even IPs are different… i am much beginner…i am using winbox 2.2.1 for configuring server and hotspot list…
i need 4+4MB for both networks..for Load balancing…but dont know how to do?
