How to know if hotspot customers suffer from slow internet using winbox

Hi Wireless Masters …
I use routeros v6.32.3 ,
I use hotspot to provide internet access to customers
I combined 2 adsl lines 2M for each (total combined 4M )

my question is :

How to know if customers suffer from slow internet and whether I need to add another ADSl line to increase my speed to my customers or not ?
is there any graph or indication in winbox can tell me that I have to increase my internet speed because the customers suffer from slow internet ?

I see that there is tx/rx packets graph in my hotspot interface , if average of tx packets is smaller than average of rx packets , does that mean that customers suffer from slow Internet?

Enable graphing and you will see.

rx-rate/tx-rate means respectively upload/download

u mean thats graphing in winbox tools ?

Yes. The graphs are accessible then through main webpage of the device.
