How to read miniPCI card specification, ex. transmit power (in mwatt) through winbox?
Any ideas?

better read it in manufacturer website 
wireless cards don’t provide all useful data to the driver
Is possible to read it from any software?
If in this case..
You have to connect the RF watt meter in between the MiniPCI RF port and the Antenna.
But, after that measurement you have to minus the pigtail cable loss from the mini PCI to the watt meter.
