How to Limit bandwidth to google play store?

Hello I have tried to limit bandwidth to playstore because most users of my network have mobile phones with android system and they download games or apps too much.I have tried with layer 7,for content and for ip adressess but with no positive results.Please help me.Thanks

Replace IP’s, set speeds and paste this script in terminal.

its difficult to spot google play traffic without affect other google services like gmail google search and google apps traffic
