Hello all, I’m sure this may be a “cliche” question but I’ve tried searching around and found no definite answer. Is there any way to limit users on the mikrotik hotspot on the size of file per download. What I mean is this… if a rule is set to allow only file sizes less than or equal to 50mb. A user who tries to download a file (or update) of 28mb is allowed by the network. Then a user who tries to pull a file of say 60mb gets “DOWNLOAD FAILED” or dropped packets thats exactly the sort of script or setting I am looking for.
Please do understand, I want users here to have “UNLIMITED” access here to my available bandwidth. But they should not be able to pull any file above 50mb. Can I achieve this at all? I would be a very happy camper if this could be resolved.
