How to limit flow by ppstream?

ppstream is TV by netwrok. It is a p2p software.

But I can’t mangle it to limit flow by ppstream.

So can you tell me how to slove my problem?

You cannot limit by pps in queues, it is possible to create firewall rules that will limit pps,
dst-limit option is used for this.

How to create firewall rules ? Can you give some command or exam? Plaese~~
