maybe someone can help me
I have a Router with free hotspot on it .
I want to make sure I will allways have 200kb/ for managment setup (entering using ssh \ winbox), and the rest will go to the users
of course if the internet will be only 150kb/ then I will get piority before the hotspot users
so if something went wrong the first piroty is for me , and then to the users
how can I do this?
