How to limit total bandwidth to a wireless access point?

I have a MikroTik RBLHGR&R11e-LTE6 running routeros 7.2.1 which is connected to a TP-Link TL-SF1005P POE switch. On ethernet port 2 of the TP-Link switch, I have connected a UniFi 6 PRO wireless access point. I want to use this specific access point purely for guests (I have another physical access point for myself). While I can easily limit each individual users bandwidth (in the Unifi software or in routeros using the queues menu), I need a way to limit the total bandwidth going to this wireless access point. As an example, if I set a total limit of 10mbps and 10 users were using the network, they would each get 1mbps. If 20 users were using the network they would all get 0.5mbps. If 5 users were using the network they would all get 2 mbps etc. As its not possible to do this in the Unifi software, is it possible to do it at the router level with routeros? Is there a way to simply tell routerOs to limit the total bandwidth to this physical access point? I’m looking for a very simple way of doing this, as I have very basic understanding of routeros and networking in general.

Look up queues…

Yes I am aware of the queue menu and it is easy to do for individual users. But I don’t understand how to do it in the context of my question.

Try one of these perhaps…

I reviewed all these videos before asking my question. They do not answer my question.

This is an older example from the wiki. Maybe it will help.

Limit ether port for that ap to 10mb.
If 10 users are connected, let them fight amongst themselves to determine who is consuming too much bandwidth.

No need to complicate it further
