How to: limit traffic in hotspot

Dear All…

I’m not able to limit traffic to my hotspot connection, I try to make marking with /ip firewall mangle, but the router crash… any help would be appreciated…, I’m able to limit my local IP.

use ‘/ip hotspot profile’ parameters tx-bit-rate and rx-bit-rate.
