How to limit traffic/load blnc with this complex condition?

Dear All,
I routerboard 532A with 3 ethernet. I configure it this way:

  1. For local lan
  2. for internet connection
  3. DAMAGED (so cannot be used)
    I use several internet (2) connections, so I do load balancing those internet connections on the second ethernet.

The problem is:

  1. I want to do load balancing for 1.5 part of 2 connections for corporate internet and 0.5 part for private internet. how to do this?
  2. I have 2 gateways, I want to limit traffic from ip x through gateway a. How to do this?
