How to load balance 4 x 1G wan links and take full advantage of the speed

I’m new using with Mikrotik devices, I would like to know is there is a way to load balance 4 x 1G wan links in order to get most of the bandwidth as possible without sacrificing sessions.

i think you need at least a ccr2004-16g-2s+ for that job
