How to make callback server ?

Hello,
I have to make MT like a callback server. I have analog external modem connected to serial0 and ethernet connected to switch.
Can you tell me how to configure this MT?

For example:
Someone [WinXP] with analog modem is calling my mt from number yyyyyy with user-name and password. When the user-name and password is correct my modem disconnect this sesion and call back on this same number. MT should give him a IP address, gateway and DNS.
Phase 1:
client ---------[dial-up]----> server callback
phone nr yyyyyy call phone nr xxxxxx
Phase 2:
client <-------[dial-up]---- server callback
phone nr xxxxxx call phone nr yyyyyy
Phase 3:
client <------[dial-up]------> server callback <----[ethernet]----> gateway
[10.0.1.2] <------> [10.0.1.1]masquerade[10.10.10.2] <----->[10.10.10.1]

I have a similar question with a GRPS Modem. Is this possible?

wew…i’ve been dreaming of this feature from the beginning i’m using Mikrotik…

i hope it can be done, if not on current version, I Hope this feature can be put on the whistlist for version 3
