how to make limitation via RouterOS

hello to all
i want to applying web site access limitation on my network
i have a routerOS ver 5.2 Level 6 ,
i tested web proxy service , that was fine but after 5 minutes it terribly reduced internet speed.
is there any other way to apply such limitation? ( or solve the web proxy problem ).

You can control the content using filters in the firewall, which is simpler and will not reduce the performace of your network.

first of all, upgrade to 6.15,

second: search on forum, are presents some examples how to block particular website.
