u r using a satellite terminal on W1-6 sat !! thats why ..
try to change ur provider..
what does using a satellite connection have to do with him timing out? I use satellite. 0 problems like that.
hell, i used to be on cable modem in the u.s. and can admit to having such an issue. its YAHOO’s fault. IE times out waiting because the file being uploaded is too large
any suggestion to solve this problem ?
