how to my mikrotik password recover

i am using mikrotik v 3.30 i forget my pass how im recover any solution plzz help me

Use netinstall to re-install the OS and wipe the configuration. Alternatively, depending on hardware, use the reset button to clear the configuration.

i m use x86 on my xion machine

Un-plug drive (or remove CF card, or whatever medium you installed RouterOS on), connect to Windows machine, use netinstall to re-install OS and wipe configuration.
