How to only open User Manager's Web Service

My User Manager and ROS are installed on the same PC. I want to shutdown ROS’s web service, and only open UM’s web service, how can I do this~

you cannot disable only ROS’s web service. if you “ip service disable www” it will disable both (ros web service and UM web service)
