Hi.
How to Add a port to ip services like port 49 and open it?

I want to manage users with NTTacPlus instead of managing them from userman.

Do I need a windows server to do this?

You don’t ‘add’ services to a MikroTik. What is supplied by MikroTik is all there is. If you want something other than userman for AAA services, look into an dedicated Radius server.

No, he wants TACACS+. NatTacPlus no longer exists (is now called something else), but it was a AAA software that did RADIUS and TACACS+. TACACS+ used tcp/49.
