[how-to] outgoing L2TP/IPSec connection using pre-shared key

I have tested this product, it’s fast, easy and good router. I would like to buy this product, but I had some questions:

  1. Can this product use ougoing L2TP/IPSec connection using pre-shared key?
    and
  2. How to configure a outgoing L2TP/IPSec connection using pre-shared key Authentication?

Source system:
OS: MicroTik 2.9.6
source address: 10.0.0.1

Remote system:
OS: Windows server 2003
destination address: 10.5.0.1

Account information:
username: TestVPN
password: TestVPN
Type of VPN: L2TP/IPSec
pre-shared key: For-TestVPN
