how to pass tcp traffic through

I am using routeros for my pppoe concentrator, everything works good, but I can’t admin my wireless gear behind the router. Is there a way to let the wireless gear subnet right through the router, or maybe a way to connect to the router to access the inside devices.

Any help would be appreciated

Probably, you can use NAT (dst-nat) to forward traffic from public port to the local address port.
