How to pick one client from other subnet?

Topology:

Network 1 → ether2 → hotspot → 10.5.50.0/24
Network 2 → ether3 → dhcp → 192.168.0.0/24
Public → ether1

My question is : How to pick one client (10.5.50.22) from network 1 and put it in the network 2, in order to share file and printers.
