How to ping hotspot devices - SOLVED

Hello we have a simple LAN with:
RB2011 Level5 hotspot
RB411U+R52Hn AP1
RB411U+R52Hn AP2
RB411U+R52Hn AP3

I configured RB2011 some as hotspot on bridge-local with ports
ether6–>bridge-local
ether7–>bridge-local
ether8–>bridge-local

I’ve these IP addresses:
192.168.1.254/24 ether1 RB2011
10.5.50.1/24 bridge-local RB2011

10.5.50.2/24 AP1
10.5.50.3/24 AP2
10.5.50.4/24 AP3

ip pool for hotspot users is: 10.5.50.100-10.5.50.254

I can’t ping AP1, AP2 and AP3 so I read somewhere to add some rules on Hotspot Walled Garden IP.

I tried this but no it seems to work

/ip hotspot walled-garden ip> print detail
Flags: X - disabled, I - invalid
0 server=hotspot1 src-address=10.5.50.2 protocol=icmp action=accept

The solution was simple. To obtain to use ICMP to some network devices inside hotspot network, in my case AP1, AP2 and AP3 is necessary to set a bypass of their addresses or their MAC-ADDRESS so that the hotspot filters do not work on them

/ip hotspot ip-binding> pr
Flags: X - disabled, P - bypassed, B - blocked

MAC-ADDRESS ADDRESS TO-ADDRESS SERVER

0 P ;;; Bypass AP1
10.5.50.2 hotspot1
