how to port forwarding by my cloud service (DDNS)

Hello to all
I was using the cloud service (ip-cloud) do some port forwarding.
When I’m firewall does not allow me to enter my dst-nat address-Cloud.

im want forward ip add 192.168.21.100 by port 37777 by my ip cloud
