how to recover deleted users

Hello,
I am using userman to create vouchers and guests are connecting to WiFi using their vouchers. When I created batch users I wasn’t seeing them on the users list so, I removed the customer but my all users were deleted and whoever tries to connect to internet were getting error - “radius server is not responding”. I created the user again

 /tool user-manager customer add login="admin" password="xxx" permissions=owner

but the users didn’t come back. When I clicket to routers> New and typed the ip adress 127.0.0.1 I got an error. Ip address already used. I had to take the mikrotik out of the network at the moment users are connecting to WiFi without password. how can I fix this? Can I recover this users from the database? there are more than thousand vouchers. Thanks.

Please make sure you are using MikroTik RouterOS 6.27, as then database should act correctly.
Unfortunately it is not possible to retrieve configured users from User Manager.

No backup?
