I am a new user of Mikrotik router, using WinBox V3.11 and saved admin password also. By using this winbox and saved password i am using to login frequently. But by mistake i have entered new password in password box in winbox. After that i cant login. Is there any way to recover the password or i have to master reset the router and configure it newly.

If the password got overwritten, your only chance is some backup. If you’d have unencrypted backup from router, it’s possible to extract it from there. Another possibility is WinBox config (default is C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mikrotik\Winbox\Addresses.cdb). Older version might be available using Previous Versions functionality in Windows, or if you have it backed up some other way…
