hello buddy
can any one help plz. i want to redirect my web pages to my gateway when my web pages proxy is down can any body help me plz,

I don’t really understand what you want to achieve. Show some web page saying “internet is currently not available” when your proxy is dead?
You could do this by using the netwatch tool in MikroTik to execute a script when you cannot reach your proxy server. This script could create (or active) a destination NAT rule to redirect requests to port 80 to your internal web server.

If that’s not what you wanted, you have to be more precise in your posting…

but my problem is..
i have 2 download 1 static ip and the other software i dont know if u know sky-dsl. this software sometimes make freeze and sometimes not working only if u make ON Off at this time the browser stop i need something like what u said when the proxy is dead it must be ridirected to another proxy , i did that by netwatch but this options only if ping dead not the proxy i hope u got me

I’m sorry, but I cannot think of a way to check if the proxy service on another machine is working correctly using only RouterOS.
You could check if you can use the proxy from another machine (like a Linux machine with a script trying to load a web page using wget or the like). If that fails, that other machine could log into your RouterOS machine and create a dst-nat rule.

the problem is ,this software couldn’t be installed on linux :frowning: .. any way thank u very much cmit..i well keep working on it to find the best solution :slight_smile:
