How to reinstall RouterOS v7 on Dell R630 via USB or PXE?

I want to reinstall my Dell r630 RouterOS v7.
How to do it with pendrive and pxe mode?
And is there any chance that my license will be gone after the netinstall x86?
I’ve never done it on x86 systems..
Please help
