How To Remove Dynamic Hotpot NAT Rules

Hi All,

I want to remove the mentioned NAT rules on the screenshot and prevent them from adding when restarting the mikrotik.

Please refer to the screenshot and help me to get this through.(Struggling to add custom DNS servers to hotspot, and mentioned 2 rules in the screenshot are preventing that from happening)
