Thanks, but the problem is I can’t open the device so I’m looking for solution without that and unlillke ahx4 the reset button is in the router so…
I plugged and unplugged power several times too yet dlit didn’t reset it…
You have to open it
If you can not open the device, you don’t have access to reset.
So no reset.
Your choice what to do next.
Toggling power does never start a reset, or it would reset every time power is lost and back again and lost and …
You have no possible means to access that device using winbox and MAC-access ?
Console access doesn’t work either ?
Is the router case sealed with a warranty seal or what?

In all seriousness, that device came out in 2011 (if the date on declaration of conformity can be used as base)
Has been discontinued since I don’t know when (end 2017 ?).
A warranty seal should not be a problem, certainly not if the ONLY way to reset that device is to take of the lid.
There was pre configuration with vlans and trunk and I didn’t know about it (even now I have to figure it) but with all this the only option was reset factory so
