I cant find any information about how to reset RB/411 to factory defaults.
We have some boards with passwords set and dont know which ones are set.

you can either reinstall them with the netinstall program, or use the onboard jumper to reset. there is a small metallic hole, if you put a metal object in it while it boots - config will be reset.
Its exactly to the right of the trash icon:
