How to Reset RB433? Can't access Telnet via Neighbor Viewer

Hi!
I’ve been trying to set up my RB433 device for my network with no Success.
I run it through the Neighbor Viewer and I see the new device with the IP address of 0.0.0.0.
Now, I double click on the MAC address and I get the login screen for the MAC telnet connection.
I use “admin” for login and blank for password.
The devices tries to connect then I get a “Connection Timeout” and the device gets disconnected.
Is there another password I should be aware of? Software version is 3.14.
How can I reset it so that I can access it and configure it?
Is there a hard reset button?

I am suffering the same problem…
I can access to the RB433 through winbox, but can not access to RB433 through neighbour view’s terminal.
