How to reset Chateau 5G R 17?
pressed down reset switch, applied power, waited untill RGB LED at panel started to flash and then released reset button.
After that led turns blue , light blue , blinking red and now it blue.
wifi led dont shine , no wifi avaliable
possible to see over Winbox when over lan cable connected to Chateau Pro.

Try holding reset button 5s after applying power.

Since OP is edited, it seems that configuration did reset and then default configuration is applied which has these lines in config at near end:
/interface wifi reset wifi1
/interface wifi reset wifi2
Never tried default configuration and not sure about this, but I think reset command disables interface when performed on wifi interface.
Use cable connection to access router. To connect use default 192.168.88.1 IP or over MAC address in Winbox Neighbors.
Somehow got it to work.
did same thing as before and now connected ovel lan to laptop, everything is default and now working
