How to reset User-Manager?

Hi there,

i have a huge problem with user-manager (router OS 5.0rc3).
Once i logon with a User from User-Manager my Ping is fine for about 10seconds.
After that i get alot of Packet-Loss. When i click “log off” it will log off about 20-30sec later.
When i use the Hotspot-Admin-Account (no radius) it is working fine.

I would like to cleanout everything on my RB750g. How do i do this?
Reset-Button deleted all configgurations but keept all the User-Manager Data.
I want everything gone on my RB750g

Use NetInstall to reinstall the router. I believe that clears out everything first, including UM data.

Thanks, any idea what my problem is with the packet-loss after 5-10sec.?
What could that be?
