how to reset users manager

hello masters all… please help me, how to reset users manager?? because I forgot the password to access the user manager.

ok no need to reset usermanage. just open your usermanager router in winbox and in terminal just type this command


/tool usermanager customer print

after this you will get the usernam and password of your usermanager.

Dear All

I cannot log in to userman, it says invalid username and password.
If I follow you by this: /tool user-manager customer print
It says “database is not accessible, yet”.

You know any other ways I can retrieve my password? or how can I reset it?

Check and be sure user manager is installed and correctly configured.
