How to restore a bricked Wireless Wire Cube Pro?

Got 2 Cube pro's that I attempted to update firmware a while back and set on shelf.

Ethernet LED does not light with cable plugged in, flashes on boot.

Clearing config & restoring config has failed. LED fails to illuminate. Netinstall also fails.

Long out of warranty, any ideas?

netinstall fail = (it wasn't done properly) | (the device became a decorative object)

Try to open them and check the capacitors. I have fixed more than a few RB750/G/Gr3 by changing the capacitors.
The symptoms were similar: power LED on, but no network commnication.
