Hi all,
I purchased a license for my X86 system and was in the process to “get” the key when my internet malfunctioned and I had to refresh the page. When I went back in my account I did not see the prepaid key there. I have searched my computer, but I can not find it. Where did it go? I found a folder “root” in my account with the key, but can’t seem to do anything with it. Anyone knows how to retrieve the key?
Sorry for sounding like a noob, but this my first time working with the license key.
If you bought it directly, contact mikrotik support team with the software ID and if you bought it from a dealer, contact the dealer as he/she may still have a copy againt your software ID!

Thanks for the reply. I did not by directly from Mikrotik. They did not ask me for the old ID. I’ll ask them anyway.
Is there anything I can do with the file in the “root” folder?
Any one have this experience, or what else I can do? Thanks.
