How to secure Hot Spot

hey,

I want to broadcast a hot spot over the city.

I just want to know if the firewall is secure enough by its self or do i need to add some level 7 protocols?

I heard my one friend talking about them.

Layer7 protocol filter is good for things that can change port, mostly it’s used to block torrent traffic, messengers and that kind of thing. If you don’t care about that, leave it alone, as L7 is very resource-intensive.

Just make sure you have secured your router and your clients with normal firewall rules. Please read these (as opposed to just copying the rules in random order):
