Could not find where to specify a password to restrict access to web proxies.
How to set a password to access the web proxy?
Can this be done on this system?

The Mikrotik built in web-proxy does not support authentication.
However you can limit its access in some other ways. but without knowing your scenario and requirements its waist of time to suggest anything.
