how to set priorities on IPTV?

Hi,my problem as I send files faster than 100-150Mbps (my isp provides 300Mbps) suddenly starts IPTV crash. Although IPTV uses only max 8Mbps.How can I solve this problem? Router RB-450G.

Your going to need to setup queue and guarantee the IPTV a base rate along with a high priority.
