How to set up an access port using RB750G hardware switch ?

I’m trying to setup access ports on a RB750G.

I want Ether3,4,5 to be access ports for VLAN100.

VLAN100 is a VLAN interface on Ether2

Ether2 is a trunk port connected to an external switch


So in the end i have :

Ether2 = Trunk port with VLAN100, VLAN200, VLAN300 connected to an external switch.

Ether3,4,5 = access ports for VLAN100


How to do that with the RB750G hardware switch, not using a software bridge ?
