any one please help on how to set-up my router os. Please give me a complete guide on how to set-up dhcp wan,lan and wireless lan. my default isp gateway is 192.168.254.254.

Hi, your question is way too broad. There is a lot of information available on the web (both written and video tutorials) for how to set up your MikroTik device. Watch a dozen or so of these and do/try out what they discuss. Then you can come back here to ask specific questions.

You can actually plug your mikrotik into your network with default config. If there is DHCP on your ISP side, and no limitations against MAC, etc., it should start working.
