how to set valid ip to mikrotik??

I have wan adsl and my wan address is valid ip
I going to set valid ip in mikrotik in the firwall>nat how can I??

and i going to local address conect to internet?

my local : 10.10.10.1
public valip ip: 178.173.169.44
