I am faced with this challenges to setup a network in such a way that they have 2 ISPs so that when one link goes down, the other link takes over, if the 1st link comes on, it switches over to the 1st link. The target also is to make sure that staff or users on the network do not browse or use facebook between 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The request also entails that each user or ip will browse on limited speed like 256k/128k while some will browse on 256k/256k.
Please not, the users (LAN) will be on dhcp but might decide to use static if the number of staff are just limited to like 10 or 20 users in the network.
