How to setup access Dial-in users(l2tp) to site-to-site tunnels

Hello

I have problem with Dial-in users, they have full access to LAN infrastructure but they have not access to tunnels configured on Mikrotik.

From LAN, there is no problem with connection to Virtual Machines in our DATA CENTER.

I have no clue where to looking for any settings to resolved that problem. Masquarades ?? or same firewall nat rules?

please make sure that you have enable l2tp server and related service

You have not provided any configuration detail, so how can we know what could be wrong?
