i’ve anntena grid 2.4 Ghz 24 db mikirotik RB532, i want to get the great link. could you tell how to setup my mikrotik so i get maximal link. Please help me .

You’ll need to provide some more information. What is on the other side of the link? The same hardware? How far is it? What card do you have in the RB532?
As far as generalities:
Have as short of a length of transmission cable as possible. Ideally plug the pigtail of your antenna to the pigtail of your radio.
Scan channel availability and use the channel with the least amount of other things on it. If nothing else shows up (highly unlikely) 2432Mhz is what your antenna is tuned to. Use either 2412MHz, 2432Mhz, or 2462Mhz.
Also, in case your a n00b I’ll mention this, make sure your antennas are all polarized the same, horizontal or vertical.
